Caribbean Real Estate Hub (“CRH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website and services (collectively, the “Services” or the “Site”). It also describes your choices and rights regarding your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (see Section 9 on changes), and your continued use of the Site after such changes signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect two broad categories of information: (A) information you provide to us directly, and (B) information we collect automatically when you use our Services.
- Information You Provide Directly:
You may directly provide us with personal information in various situations, including:
- Account Registration: When you create an account on CRH or fill out your user profile, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, username, password, and any profile details you choose to provide (e.g., a profile photo, company name, professional title).
- Property Listings and Submissions: If you list a property or create a business profile (as an agent, developer, etc.), we collect details about the property or service. For property listings, this can include property location (address), property details (price, size, photos, descriptions), and any relevant contact information you include for inquiries. For service providers, this might include company information, service descriptions, and credentials.
- Inquiries and Forms: When you fill out a contact or inquiry form on the Site – for example, requesting more information about a property, contacting an agent, signing up for newsletters, or requesting financing information – you will provide information such as your name, email, phone number, and the content of your message or requirements. We will collect whatever information you choose to include in your inquiry.
- Communications: If you communicate with us directly (such as via email, customer support chat, or phone), we will collect the information you provide in those communications. This may include your contact details and the content of your communications.
- Surveys, Promotions, or Contests: From time to time, we may offer user surveys, promotions, or contests. Your participation is voluntary. If you choose to participate, you may provide information such as your name, contact information, survey responses, and any other required details.
- Payment Information: If you purchase any paid services (for example, a premium listing or subscription in the future), we (or our third-party payment processor) will collect payment-related information. This may include billing name, billing address, and payment card details. Note that we typically use a secure third-party payment gateway to handle payment transactions; we do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
- Information Collected Automatically:
When you use our Site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Site. This information may be considered “non-personal information” on its own (as it may not directly identify you), but if combined with other data that does identify you, we treat it as personal information. The automatically collected data may include:
- Device and Technical Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Site. This includes details like your device type (e.g., PC, smartphone, tablet), operating system and version, browser type and version, screen resolution, language settings, and unique device identifiers or advertising IDs. For example, our servers may log that you are using Chrome browser on a Windows 10 device.
- IP Address and Approximate Location: When you use the Site, our servers record your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is a numerical label assigned to your device by your internet service provider. IP addresses can often be used to derive an approximate geographic location (city, region, country). We may use your IP address to infer your general location (e.g., to show you relevant properties in your region or to understand where our users come from).
- Usage Data: We collect information about your activity on the Site, such as the pages or listings you view, the links and buttons you click, the searches you conduct, the date and time of your visits, the amount of time you spend on each page, the referring URL (which page or website you came from before visiting our Site), and your navigation path through the Site (e.g., which pages you visit in what order). This helps us understand what parts of our Site are most popular or useful.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Site. Cookies are small text files that websites send to your device to store information about your preferences and activity. For example, cookies enable us to remember your login session, so you don’t have to re-enter your credentials on every page. They also help us remember your preferences (such as saved search filters or language settings) and understand how you use our Site. Web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny graphic images embedded on webpages or in emails that can track things like whether an email was opened or a webpage was viewed. Local storage (like HTML5 localStorage) and session storage are other technologies that can store data in your browser. We and our analytics/advertising partners may use these technologies to collect usage information (as described above) and to facilitate advertising (as described in Section 4).
- We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them) for various purposes. Some cookies are first-party cookies set by us, and others are third-party cookies set by analytics or advertising partners.
- Analytics Information: We use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect information about Site usage and user interactions. These tools may use cookies and collect continued from above…
information such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser information, and usage data. We use these analytics to understand user behavior and improve our services. Google Analytics may also set its own cookies. Note: We have implemented IP anonymization in Google Analytics for GDPR compliance; this means Google will truncate the last octet of your IP address within the EU/EEA before storing it. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Do-Not-Track Signals: Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that lets you signal to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Our Site currently does not respond to DNT signals because there is no industry standard for compliance. However, we treat all users’ data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and provide the options described herein regardless of DNT. If an industry standard on DNT emerges, we will re-evaluate our approach.
- Google Maps and Location Data:
As noted in our Terms, we integrate Google Maps API(s) to provide map and location services. When you use map features, Google may collect certain information such as your IP address and any location information you input or select. This usage is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We incorporate Google’s privacy terms by reference, which means that Google’s handling of data via Maps is governed by Google’s policies. If you prefer not to share data with Google via our Site, you can refrain from using the map features. We also clearly indicate to users that by using our map features, they agree to Google’s terms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. The primary purposes for which we use your information include:
- Providing and Improving the Services: We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of the CRH Platform. For example, we use personal information to create and manage user accounts, display property listings and related content, and facilitate communications between users (e.g., when a buyer contacts a seller through the Site). We also use data (especially aggregated, non-personal data and feedback from users) to analyze how the Site is used and to improve our content and services over time. This helps us troubleshoot technical issues, test new features, and enhance user experience.
- Facilitating Transactions and Connections: If you are a buyer or renter expressing interest in a property, we use the information you provide (like your name and contact details) to pass along your inquiry to the relevant seller or agent. Similarly, if you sign up asking for a mortgage quote or information from banks, we use your details to connect you with participating financial institutions. The same applies for connecting users with construction companies or other partners based on user requests.
- Communication: We may use your email address or phone number to send you service-related communications. This includes sending confirmations, responding to inquiries, providing customer support, and sending important notices such as changes to our terms or policies. We also send alerts or notifications you specifically sign up for (like new listing alerts in your area, saved search updates, or responses to your posts). If you are a registered user, we may send you administrative emails (e.g., account verification, password reset, technical and security notices).
- Marketing and Newsletters: With your consent where required, or otherwise in line with applicable law, we may send you promotional communications about new features, special offers, industry news, or other updates we think may interest you. These may include newsletters or marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time (see Section 5 for your choices). Please note: transactional or service-related messages (as described in the bullet above) are not considered marketing and thus may be sent even if you opt out of marketing emails, as they are necessary for service delivery (for example, a notification about a lead you received, or a notice of an update to this Privacy Policy).
- Advertising and Personalization: We (or our advertising partners) may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver relevant advertising on our Site or third-party sites. For example, we may use information about your Site visits and activity to present you with property listings or services that match your interests, including via retargeting ads on other websites. If we introduce on-site advertising, we may also use data to limit the number of times you see an ad, measure the effectiveness of ads, or prevent showing you ads for properties you’ve already viewed. Any such advertising use will be done in accordance with applicable privacy laws, and where necessary.
- Analytics and Metrics: We use analytics data to measure audience size, usage patterns, and understand the demographics of our users (where provided). This statistical information helps us make informed business decisions – for example, determining which Caribbean regions have the most user interest, or what times of day the Site is most active. It also helps in detecting, preventing, and addressing technical issues or potentially fraudulent activity.
- Safety and Security: We may use information to maintain the security of our Platform and users. This includes using data to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity. For instance, we might use certain data (like IP addresses or user behavior patterns) to identify potential spammers or unauthorized access attempts and take action, such as blocking those accounts or IP ranges.
- Legal Compliance: We use personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, such as keeping proper business records, handling user data requests in compliance with privacy laws, or responding to lawful requests by public authorities. If required, we may process data to fulfill regulatory requirements applicable to the real estate or financial sectors.
- Enforcing Terms and Policies: We may process data to enforce our Terms and Conditions and other policies. This can include reviewing user content and communications to investigate potential breaches, and using data in connection with legal proceedings or risk management. For example, if we receive complaints of fraud, we might review relevant user communications or account data to address the issue.
- Other Purposes: We will use your information for any other purpose that you specifically consent to, or that we otherwise describe at the point when we collect the information. If we intend to use your personal information for a purpose significantly different from those listed above, we will obtain your consent or provide you with an opportunity to opt out, as required by law.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
As mentioned, we and our partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the CRH Platform. Here we provide more details on their use and how you can control them:
3.1. Types of Cookies We Use:
- Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the Site to function properly. They include, for example, cookies that allow you to log in, stay logged in as you navigate between pages, or access features like your account dashboard or posting a listing. Without these, some services cannot be provided.
- Preference Cookies: These cookies allow our Site to remember choices you make and provide a more personalized experience. For example, a cookie might remember your selected language, currency, or saved search filters, so you don’t have to set them each time.
- Analytics Cookies: These cookies collect information about how visitors use our Site, such as which pages are visited most often, and if users get error messages on certain pages. The data is aggregated and used to improve our Site’s functionality and performance. For instance, we might see that a particular search function is rarely used, indicating it could be improved or removed. We use Google Analytics as our primary analytics tool; Google’s own privacy policy applies to these cookies.
- Advertising Cookies: If advertising is enabled, these cookies are used to make the ads you see more relevant to you. They might remember that you visited certain listings on our Site and help us (or ad networks) present you with similar properties via ads, either on our Site or elsewhere. They can also limit ad repetition and measure ad campaign effectiveness. We might use third-party advertising networks like Google Ads; such partners have their own policies for data handling.
3.2. Web Beacons and Pixels:
In addition to cookies, we use web beacons (tiny graphic images) in our emails and on the Site. For example, in emails, they help us know if you open an email or click a link, which helps us gauge the effectiveness of our communication. On the Site, they work with cookies to understand usage (e.g., a beacon on a page can count how many users who were served a particular ad then visited that page). We might also use Facebook Pixel or similar, which helps in retargeting ads on social media platforms by letting those platforms know you visited our Site.
3.3. Cookie Consent and Choices:
- Consent (where required): When you first visit our Site, if you are in a jurisdiction where consent is required for non-essential cookies (such as the EU), you will see a cookie consent banner. You can choose to accept or reject certain categories of cookies (except strictly necessary ones). Your preferences will be stored and honored on subsequent visits. You can change your consent preferences at any time via our “Cookie Settings” link (typically found in the footer of the website).
- Browser Controls: Most web browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being placed on your device. You can usually find these settings in the Options or Preferences menu of your browser. Please note that if you disable cookies entirely, our Site (and many other websites) may not function properly. For example, disabling all cookies might log you out each time you navigate to a new page or prevent features from working.
- Analytics Opt-Out: As mentioned, you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the browser add-on provided by Google. For other analytics or ad cookies, tools like the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page or Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) consumer choices page allow you to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies. These opt-outs usually work by placing an “opt-out cookie” on your device, so if you clear all cookies, you may need to opt out again.
- Do Not Track: As noted above, our Site doesn’t respond to DNT signals, but we offer the choices described here to manage cookies and trackers.
4. How We Share Your Information
We understand that your personal information is important, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties for monetary compensation. However, we do share certain categories of information with third parties in specific circumstances, as described below:
4.1. With Other Users (and the Public): When you post content on the Platform, some of that information is public by nature. For example:
- Property Listings: If you list a property, all the details you include in the listing (property description, photos, price, location, amenities, your name or your agency’s name, etc.) will be publicly viewable by visitors on the Site. Contact information for the listing (email/phone) may be provided to interested users. We recommend using designated business contact information for listings rather than personal contact info if privacy is a concern.
- Profile Information: If you are a real estate agent or other professional with a public profile on CRH, information like your name, photo, office location, and any bio or credentials you provide may be visible to all users. You have control over what information you include in your profile.
- User Interactions: If our Site features public forums, comments, reviews, or Q&A sections, any content you post there would be accessible to other users (and potentially the wider public). Always think carefully before sharing personal information in these public areas.
- Leads and Inquiries: When an interested party submits an inquiry for a listing or service, we share the contact information and message content with the intended recipient (e.g., the agent or owner of the property, or the partner company offering the service). For example, if you as a buyer fill out a form to contact the seller of a property, your name, contact details, and message will be sent to that seller or their agent. Similarly, if you request information from a bank or developer, we will forward your inquiry to that specific partner. These recipients are not authorized by CRH to use your information for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry or providing the relevant service, but we do not control their actions, and any information you provide to them is subject to their own privacy practices.
4.2. With Service Providers and Partners: We share information with trusted third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf. These parties are bound by contractual obligations to process personal information only as instructed and to keep it confidential. Key examples include:
- Hosting and Infrastructure: We use web hosting services to host our website and databases. All data you provide to our Site is stored on their secure servers.
- Email and Communications: We may use email service providers to send out newsletters, confirmation emails, and other communications to users. We provide your email address and possibly your name to these services for the sole purpose of sending emails on our behalf.
- Analytics Providers: As mentioned, we use Google Analytics and possibly other analytics providers, which involve sharing some device and usage data (usually via automated means like JavaScript and cookies). These analytics partners are limited to using personal data to provide insights and analysis to us, and not for their own purposes.
- Payment Processors: If you make payments on the Site (for future premium services), we will share payment-related information with our payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other) to process the transaction securely. These processors are PCI-DSS compliant and authorized to use your payment info only for processing payments.
- Advertising and Marketing Partners: If we engage advertising networks or social media platforms to display ads or measure ad performance, we may provide them with certain hashed or anonymized information to match against their user databases (for example, providing a hashed email to Facebook to find matching users for ad targeting, without giving Facebook a readable email). We may also share basic device information and cookie identifiers with ad partners to help serve targeted ads. Importantly, we do not share information that directly identifies you (like your name or email) with third-party advertisers for their own marketing, unless you provide consent.
- Business Partners: Sometimes we might partner with other companies to offer co-branded services, promotions, or integrate features (for example, perhaps partnering with a mortgage rate comparison tool). If you choose to use these services, you may be providing information directly to the partner as well as to us, and we will make clear when a partner is involved in data collection (and whose privacy policy applies).
4.3. Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, or as otherwise required by law.
- Respond to requests from government authorities, including regulators, law enforcement, and national security officials.
- Protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of CRH, our users, or others. This includes disclosing information to other companies or organizations for fraud prevention, spam/malware detection, or other similar purposes.
- Enforce our Terms and Conditions or investigate potential violations thereof.
4.4. Business Transfers: If Caribbean Real Estate Hub is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be disclosed or transferred as part of such a transaction. We would seek to ensure the acquiring or succeeding entity honors the commitments we’ve made in this Privacy Policy regarding your personal information (unless, of course, you consent otherwise).
4.5. Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share information that has been aggregated (combined with other data so it no longer identifies you specifically) or de-identified (stripped of personally identifying characteristics). Such information is not considered personal information and may be used freely – for example, publishing reports on real estate trends (“X% of our users searched for homes in Barbados last month”) or sharing aggregated site usage statistics with partners or the public. We ensure that this data cannot reasonably be re-associated with individual users.
4.6. Consent: Apart from the scenarios above, we will share your personal information with third parties only with your consent. For instance, if we want to feature your user testimonial on our Site or marketing materials, we would ask for your permission before doing so (and you’d have the choice to allow your name or request anonymity).
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction and the applicable data protection laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We are committed to helping you exercise these rights. Common user privacy rights and choices include:
- Access and Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will provide this in a readable format, often electronically. For most users, much of your basic info can be accessed by logging into your account (for example, viewing your profile details, listings, etc.). For any additional data or a full export, you may contact us to request it.
- Rectification (Correction): If any of your personal information is inaccurate or outdated, you have the right to correct it. You can often do this by logging into your account and editing your profile or listings. If you need assistance (for example, changing an email on a closed account), contact us and we’ll help update your information.
- Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You can request that we delete your personal information. This is not an absolute right — we may need to retain certain data for legal obligations (like records of transactions or communications) or legitimate business purposes. But we will honor deletion requests for the data we are not required to keep. For example, if you delete your account, we will remove your profile information from active databases, but might retain some records (like logs of transactions or inquiries) for recordkeeping. When we delete data, we will ensure it’s either erased or anonymized so it no longer identifies you. If data has been shared with third parties as described in Section 4, we will inform them of the deletion request where feasible.
- Objection to Processing: You may have the right to object to certain types of processing of your data, particularly if we are processing it based on legitimate interests (as opposed to your consent) or for direct marketing. For example, you can request that we stop sending you marketing emails (which you can do yourself by opting out) or that we stop any personalized advertising processing. In some cases, we may have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing despite an objection (for example, we may need to continue some processing for security or legal purposes).
- Restriction of Processing: You can ask us to limit the processing of your data in certain circumstances. This might apply if you contest the accuracy of your data (until we verify or correct it), or if you have objected to processing and we are evaluating the request. When processing is restricted, we will still store the data but won’t use it for the purpose you’ve restricted (until resolved).
- Withdrawal of Consent: If we are processing any of your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. For example, you may have consented to receive promotional emails or to have your data shared with a partner for a specific service. You can withdraw by using the unsubscribe link in emails, adjusting your account settings, or contacting us. Note that withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing done before withdrawal. Also, if you withdraw consent for a needed service (like location access for map features), certain functionalities may no longer work.
- Account Closure: As mentioned, you can delete your account if you no longer want to use our Platform. Account deletion can be initiated in your account settings or by contacting our support. We’ll process your request and delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, except for data we are required or permitted to retain (see “Deletion” above).
- Marketing Communications: Even if you don’t delete your account, you can manage your preferences for receiving marketing communications. You can click the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email we send to opt out of further emails. You can also manage subscriptions in your account profile settings if that feature is available. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you important service-related messages (as noted earlier), and if you have multiple contact points (like multiple email addresses), you may need to unsubscribe each one.
- Cookies and Ad Choices: As outlined in Section 3, you have choices with respect to cookies and targeted advertising. You can adjust browser settings or use provided tools to opt out of certain data collection. European users also have rights under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR to refuse non-essential cookies, as described.
- Non-Discrimination: If you exercise any of these privacy rights (for instance, opting out of data sharing or requesting deletion), we will not discriminate against you for doing so. We will continue to provide you with our Services at the same level of quality (except for cases where your opt-out might intrinsically affect service functionality, like disabling certain cookies might affect features). If you are a California resident (under CCPA/CPRA), please know that we do not offer a lower quality service or different pricing to those who exercise privacy rights, other than permitted by law (e.g., a loyalty program or a discount that requires certain data if you choose to participate).
How to Exercise Your Rights: You can exercise many rights directly by logging into your account and using available tools (edit profile, unsubscribe, etc.). For any requests or issues that cannot be handled through your account, please contact us via the contact information in Section 10. For your security, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (especially for accessing or deleting data) – e.g., by asking you to confirm via your registered email or providing information that matches our records. We will respond to requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (e.g., typically within 30 days for GDPR requests, and 45 days for CCPA, with possible extension), and will let you know if we need more time. In cases where we cannot fulfill a request (due to legal obligations or certain exemptions), we will provide an explanation.
6. International Data Transfers
Caribbean Real Estate Hub is a platform that may be accessed by users around the world. Our primary operations are based in the Caribbean (with central management possibly in Barbados, as indicated), but the nature of a web platform means your data may be stored or processed in other countries as well. For example, we may use cloud servers or service providers located in the United States, Canada, or other jurisdictions.
If you are located outside the country where our servers are located, please be aware that the data we collect will be transferred to and processed in those other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from (and be less protective than) the laws of your jurisdiction. However, to protect all users’ data, we will treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and, where applicable, take steps to comply with legal frameworks for data transfers.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland: If you are in these regions, we comply with applicable data protection laws like the GDPR. When we transfer personal data from these regions to countries not deemed to have adequate data protection (such as the U.S.), we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms. We ensure that third-party service providers handling EU/UK user data have also implemented similar safeguards (for example, our cloud provider or email service might be certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or have SCCs in place).
Users in other regions: If local law requires your consent for international transfer, by using our Site and providing information to us, you consent to the transfer of your data to the jurisdictions mentioned for the purposes described. We will take all measures reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.
7. Data Security
We implement and maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption: We use HTTPS (TLS encryption) for all data transmitted between your browser and our Site, which helps protect against eavesdropping on your data as it passes through the internet. For any sensitive data (like passwords or payment info), we use strong encryption both in transit and, where applicable, at rest. For example, user passwords are stored using hashing and salting techniques, not in plain text.
- Access Controls: We restrict access to personal data to our employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us. Those who have access are subject to strict confidentiality obligations. We also implement access controls in our systems to ensure that each user can only access their own data (and public data), not others’ personal data, unless authorized.
- Training and Policies: We train our staff on the importance of privacy and security. We have internal policies in place for handling user data safely and reacting appropriately in the event of an issue.
- Network and System Security: We use firewalls and intrusion detection systems to guard against external attacks. Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing may be conducted to improve our security posture. We keep our software and systems updated with security patches to reduce risks.
- Backup and Recovery: We regularly back up data to prevent loss and have disaster recovery plans. Backups are stored securely and with access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should also play a role in keeping your data safe: protect your account password, choose a strong password, and do not share login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, please notify us immediately.
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will act promptly to contain and investigate the breach. Where required by law, we will notify you and/or the relevant data protection authority of the breach, including information on what happened and what measures we are taking in response.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, which is 13 in some regions, 16 in others). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use our Site or send us any personal information.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16 without proper consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible. Parents or guardians who believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 16 may contact us to request deletion of the child’s data.
That said, we recognize that minors (like teenagers perhaps interested in real estate or children shown in photos) might incidentally interact with parts of our Site. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children’s online activities and help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information on our Site.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. If changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as by email to registered users or by placing a notice on our website’s homepage) explaining the changes.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you should stop using the Services and may request us to remove your personal information as per Section 5.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect.
10. Contact Us
